Naramata Bench Vacation Packages

We recently stayed in a suite at Sandman Hotel and Suites Kelowna and had a pleasant experience. The suite was well-equipped with a kitchen, living area, and a small balcony, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The location is fantastic, being close to the mall and numerous restaurants, which made exploring the area very convenient. While the place was nice overall, it could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness. Nonetheless, it was a good stay and we appreciated the amenities and location.

House is beautiful, pool, beautiful yard, a lot of places for different groups to sit and eat and talk, fridge and kitchen is well stocked.

The checkout experience was terrible. The clerk checking me out could not assist me with the Expedia issues. Expedia advised me that we were paid in full, however, the clerk at the hotel kept saying I owed money. After him telling me to call myself and not being helpful, I left reiterating that I would have no charges on my visa and him confirming this, I indeed had many charges on my visa, in which I did not receive a receipt for. I spent alot of time dealing with them last week and it was very stressful.
